Dear friends, I just felt for posting (and sharing) some moments from Portugal with you.
I have just returned from a rather long and hard journey, popular named as "rota dos vinhos", a sort of pub crawl between wine producers. Among places, my crumbled journey brought me by Fundaçao Almeida, an old jesuit monastry, which produces the lengendary wine Pera Manca (regarded in top3 down here). Travelling on an identity as a danish oenologist, I managed to enter several cellars, and ending up with a tasters glass in my hand :) See you all soon in CPH, Drud
